UK mobile gaming company I-Play (fka Digital bridges), has bought out fellow British mobile games porting specialist and developer, Ditto Studios. The acquisition means that I-play will be using Ditto’s proprietary technology to accelerate the process of providing mobile games for the hundreds of different handsets available on the market.
The Ditto team will continue to be managed by MD Mark Bridgeman, with the board of Bob Wood, James Alcock and Ian Metcalfe remaining while the two companies are fully integrated. Some more details here…
