Alatto Claims To Make WAP Sticky

Alatto, which offers a content discovery service that involves sending preferences to friends, has claimed that trials of its service by O2 Ireland, Tele.ring in Austria, Telfort in the Netherlands and Mobistar in Belgium has resulted in users spending four times as long on WAP pages — assumedly because they were looking at content rather than the network was slow. “The average length of WAP sessions during these trials has been over ten minutes. “Tribes makes WAP sticky,” said Alatto co-founder John Whelan.”
