Dynamic Logic, the online advertising research firm I used to follow very closely back in the Silicon Alley Reporter days, has been bought out by research giant Millward Brown (a unit of WPP). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, though I hope Nick got a good payout, after working so hard for all these years.
A bunch of suitors were hovering around the company for the last year or so…
Millward Brown, which is part of the consultancy division of WPP Group, will combine its Audience Audit, BrandImpact and SiteImpact offerings with Dynamic Logic’s digital marketing effectiveness research products and services.
