Amazon.com is organizing, producing, and webcasting a live music concert on the occasion of its 10th anniversary…The Seattle-based e-commerce juggernaut said musicians, authors and filmmakers were picked based on their popularity with Amazon customers over the past 10 years.
This is probably the purest media play from them, and as Jeff says in his post: “I’ll just bet this marks the start of Amazon 2.0: the content company.”
