Nationwide openings in major metropolitan areas: Atlanta, Boston; New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Hartford, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami, Tampa; Nashville, New Orleans, New Jersey; Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Seattle, and Washington DC

– Define targeted account strategy, pipeline monitoring and territory management that achieves revenue goals

– This individual will develop and manage a sales territory and will help improve the sales infrastructure, to drive revenue success.

– Provide analysis for accurate forecasting.

– Proactively soliciting, handling and closing RFP’s.

– Previous success selling targeted online advertising campaigns.

– Extremely professional, creative-thinker, strategic and aggressive demeanor.

– Creative problem solver; thinks outside the box.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

– Ability to understand and manage contract requirements and identify new business opportunities with partners.

– Excellent analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues with partners.

– Excellent relationship building and partner communication skills.

– Strong attention to detail.

Education & Training

–BA/BS or equivalent preferred

–Minimum of 5-7 years advertising sales experience including a minimum of 3 years online exposure.

–A minimum 3 years of related program or partner management experience (Internet experience ideal).

–Previous experience must show a track record of the ability to sell, build and manage.

–Ideally, the potential candidate has a blend of experiences from early stage companies and larger corporate environments. This person must love the entrepreneurial environment. Candidate must have a track record where they have built a high achieving sales territory within a young company that sold products and services with an interactive business solution focus. MUST have previous experience in Web/Media services Industry

COMPENSATION: This position has an excellent base salary, plus an aggressive commission against sales goals in addition to all benefits + stock options.
