Still in transition from the departure of Michael Powell and various senior appointees, FCC Chairman Kevin Martin finally has filled several top slots at the Media Bureau. The new Media Bureau chief is Donna Gregg, who started her legal career in what was then the FCC’s Cable Television Bureau; she went on to serve as VP, legal and regulatory affirs, CPB, and as a partner at Wiley Rein & Fielding.
Forty-year FCC veteran Roy Moore has been appinted enior deputy chief while Deborah Klein moves to deputy chief after serving as acting chief and Media Bureau chief of staff.
