Some heavy-hitters have had their say on where the mobile content market is going…it’s well worth a read. The outline seems to be that everything will converge but different devices will target different markets. For example, mobile phones will run very good games and portable game devices will have mobile phones included, but which one you buy will depend on how important the games are to you. The other issue is simplicity — the easier things are to use the more successful they will be. While professional photographers and graphic designers will want to play around with Photoshop, most people just want their images to appear where they want as if buy magic.
