Canada Seems To Be A Great Market For Indian Channels, ATN Ties Up With Aastha TV

C21 Media.net: Canada seems to be a great market for Indian TV channels. Close on the heels of airing India’s NDTV in Canada, Asian Television Network has picked up the distribution of Hindi-language station Aastha TV, a channel that currently reaches over 20 million households worldwide, carried across Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe and the USA.
The Aastha TV offers programs on spiritual discourses, cultural ceremonies and events, meditation techniques and devotional music. It has content on the holy places of pilgrimage, traditional festivals, Indian Vedic sciences like ayurveda, yoga, astrology, crystal therapy and aromatherapy.
ATN is now planning to grow its bouquet of foreign-language services with 14 more digital TV channels, for which licences were granted by Canada
