You will develop and execute marketing communications (marcom) programs aimed at acquiring new customers and activating new memberships. Developing a membership database and using it extensively to perform research and customer profiling, you will generate and roll out effective marcom vehicles on our web site, by email, and via other media opportunities. Collaboration with the marketing team to create direct marketing campaigns will be a significant part of your role, as will testing of creative approaches, messages and offers; analysis reporting; and more.
Candidates must have have a BS/BA in marketing and a minimum of three years database marketing experience, including content, email, analytics and web content management tools, as well as subscriber acquisition initiatives and database query tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects). Working knowledge of SEO, SEM and web marketing metrics/tactics is a must. You must be results-driven, interactive in a cross-functional team setting, and gifted with effective presentation, leadership and analytical skills.
