According to Folio magazine, among the frontrunners in buying the magazines is Time Inc…The company’s portfolio, which already includes Business 2.0, Fortune, Fortune Small Business and Money, would seem to be a better fit for the struggling titles. The story says Fairchild and McGraw Hill are in the buyer’s circle as well.
According to TheDeal.com, other smaller suitors include Forbes and CurtCo Media Labs…
It is ironic that between FC and Inc, Inc is the one that will probably bring in the bigger sale dollars than FC. And then as the other FC would say, it is all FC’d up…
