The Financial Express: The article says that both the GSM and CDMA operators have an equal chance to benefit from the government’s spectrum policy. The Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India had submitted its recommendations on spectrum policy to the government a few days ago. It was alluded that the TRAI had sided with CDMA operators like Reliance Infocomm and Tata Teleservices by suggesting to allocate them extra spectrum right away while the GSM operators would get hold of extra spectrum only by late 2006.
