Textually has pointed to the Nokia Concept Lounge, which highlights some of the ideas Nokia designers have come up with. The demonstration is very mellow, going at the pace of a meander in a meadow, but the concepts are pretty interesting. The Zond is initially billed as a way to go to the bank or post office without having to actually walk there — like we’re not sedantry enough. But the idea of a video camera combined with a projector in a casing that moves has some pretty neat applications. This is followed by Strap-It, which is a digital wristband that allows you to perform actions such as sending an SMS by making movements with your arm, and Sky which allows access to personal information.
