From the had-to-happen category — FamilyFriendlyPodcasts.com, a directory published by 1st Podcast Publishing for podcasts without adult language or content. Unfortunately, instead of pitching the directory on its own merits, the publishers can’t resist pejoratives and an appeal to the legions of decency by describing the “bad” side of podcasting. “The bad news is that many podcasters, in their enthusiasm to exercise their freedom of speech (and freedom from FCC regulations), have chosen to create programs with adult content and language.”
