That was my first reaction when I saw a story on WSJ.com last night about Patrick Houston leaving CNET to work for Yahoo. I’m not suggesting anything nefarious about the story itself, which includes some interesting information, but paidContent readers knew about Houston’s move three weeks before Online Journal readers. It didn’t originate with us: we got it from Colin Crawford, who got it from Sam Whitmore; our post then was linked to numerous sites.
