Macromedia, which is in the process of being bought out by Adobe, reported a Q4 net loss despite higher year-on-year revenues.
Net loss was $2.3 million, compared with net income of $13.5 million a year earlier. Revenues rose to $116 million versus $102 million a year earlier.
AP: The company also said it will restate its financial reports for 1999 through 2004 to correct a non-cash error related to an employee sabbatical program, and will also adjust selected tax accounting for fiscal 2002 through 2004.
