The Townsville Bulletin has been “reassured” by the number of young people who responded to a request to “TXT the Editor” with their views on Anzac Day, an Australian national holiday to remember those who fought and died in wars. Many of the older generation feel that “the importance of the Anzac legend is completely lost on the younger “me generation”.
