Moneycontrol.com: Sasken Communication Technologies, a pioneer in telecom R&D outsourcing, announced an investment of $3 million by Nokia Growth Partners.
Sasken has a “hybrid” business model, offering a unique combination of complementary IP software components, research and development consultancy and software services to leading semiconductor manufacturers, network equipment companies, and global wireless handset developers. It is also one of the two independent protocol stack providers in the world who own IP on GSM/GPRS, EGPRS, UMTS and TD-SCDMA protocols.
