The Hindu Businessline: The number of Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) `hotspots’ in the country is going up, but not quite their use. That’s been the general impression, at least until now.
A key reason cited for their under-use is the low personal-computer penetration in the country, and an even lower laptop penetration, which stands at around 3 per cent.
