POSITION SUMMARY: This business executive will possess experience selling media and/or marketing technology solutions to media and entertainment firms, marketers and agencies. He/she will bring the requisite team energy to drive sales and work directly with engineering, creative services, marketing and product management. This individual will develop and manage a sales territory and will help improve the sales infrastructure, processes and selling model/tactics and strategies to drive revenue success.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define targeted account strategy, pipeline monitoring and territory management that achieves revenue goals within Media/Entertainment (Networks, Sports, Gaming, Studios), Brand Marketers with Content, or Cable/Telecommunications verticals.
Drive sustaining revenue via delighted customers, ultimately insuring quarterly revenue attainment.
Provide analysis for accurate forecasting.
Work with Interactive Agency and other Partners to develop opportunities
Give strategic input to business planning and product development.
Collaborate with the VP of Business Development on integrated deals.
Support delivery of standardized messages to the market.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This smart, strategic thinking individual must be mission-oriented with stamina. This individual’s experience should encompass 10+ years of sales displaying the ability to sell, build and manage. Ideally, the potential candidate has a blend of experiences from early stage companies and larger corporate environments. This person must love the entrepreneurial environment. Candidate must have a track record where they have built a high achieving sales territory within a young company. Sales Director must have experience selling to media companies, marketers and advertising agencies of major brand companies. Pioneering, consultative sales experience is extremely valuable. Ideally this person has sold both products and services with more an interactive business solution focus.

COMPENSATION: This leadership position will be remunerated via a base salary, plus commission against sales goals as well as stock options.
