Audible: Database Marketing Business Analyst

Audible the premiere online destination for digital spoken audio content is currently seeking a database marketing business analyst to perform data mining and reporting against our customer database. Analyses should focus on increasing registered users, improving conversion and increasing customer retention and renewal. The candidate will be responsible for producing reports and analyses to evaluate marketing and e-commerce programs and maintaining reports that examine business health metrics.

The candidate will also be responsible for developing presentations to showcase actionable recommendations from various analyses Requires a BS in Marketing, CIS, or related area. 1-3 years database/data warehouse reporting and analysis experience in a marketing environment with experience with database tools including query tools, reporting tools, and statistical software, such as Excel, SAS, or SPSS, Brio, Hyperion.
