Speaking at a seminar in Finland, WWW inventor Tim Berners-Lee attributed delays in adoption of the mobile web to a lack of site designs aimed at mobile users. “Everyone was supposed to be browsing the Web with their mobile phone, but the problem is that it has not happened,” he said.
