FCC Wants Children Shielded from Cellphone Smut

The Federal Communication Commission in the US is urging operators to launch an education campaign to inform parents what their children may be able to access on mobile phones. The idea is to get the industry to self-regulate through the CTIA (The Wireless Association) without having to resort to government interference, and all the political turmoil that brings.
