EU pushes VoIP

So they do a lot of thing wrong, but this one they are doing right. The European Union is pushing its member nations to use a light touch when it comes voice over the internet technologies and service, according to Reuters.“The European Commission and national regulators will jointly ensure that throughout the EU the roll-out of new Internet Protocol-based services will not be hindered by regulatory hurdles,” EU Information Society Commissioner Viviane Reding said in a statement.
