— Sina’s Misfortune: Its “mobile value-added services” revenue targeted at wireless phone users will drop 20% to 30% from Q4 levels. Full details here…
— China telcos push Internet TV, but who will watch?: Now that the wireless shine is off, portals and telcos are trying to push broadband TV, hoping to overcome tough restrictions on programming. The situation may turn out to be very similar to mobile, if you ask me.
