Users ‘want advanced mobile services’

Research commissioned by Nokia has revealed that consumers want more advanced mobile services as long as the benefits are explained clearly. Although other surveys have found different results and the fact that Nokia commissioned it is a bit suspicious, I’d be inclinded to agree with the findings. Here’s a telling paragraph: “PoC (Push to talk over cellular) has had some success in the US but in many markets most people have no idea what it offers above existing voice calling and so find it hard to give an opinion.”
