It’s not really content, but it is interesting. Peruvians will receive wireless access (proposed telecommunications uses include wireless broadband, cellular, 3G/4G mobile, MMDS, paging, fixed wireless telephony, HDTV and others) via large balloons 13 miles above ground level. Lima is in the Andes, so it’s a good way to get wireless access to a location that would have many topological disturbances for wireless communications…
