Chaoticom has signed a deal with EMI Music to have access to around 200,000 songs from the music giants catalogue, which it will allows customers to preview and buy with their mobiles. Chaoticom’s mobile music download services are available in five countries through providers including Orange (United Kingdom), Telenor (Norway), Eurotel (Czech Republic), Pannon (Hungary) and SingTel (Singapore). I can’t but think that 200,000 is nothing compared to the size of EMI’s catalogue – most of which is probably unavailable to the public now.
