NGS reports that Broadband adoption is growing at a break neck speed in Eastern Europe, with 10 newest members of European Union weighing in with about a million connections at the end of Q3 2004. These include countries like Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Czech Republic. In comparison the old Europe had about 33.7 million lines. Full breakdown here!
