About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for supporting key marketing initiatives, manage all events, promotions and assist in coordinating research projects.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of all marketing communications projects from inception through creative phase to completion.
– Manage events, including an annual Summit, seminar series, breakfast forums, etc
– Work with outsourced creative and production vendors
– Coordinate member programs
– General administrative duties to help support the day to day activities of the Association
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years marketing experience
– Experience in online media publishing
– Experience in managing events, print and electronic collateral projects
– Experience and expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, Word and Excel required,
– 4 year college degree
Critical Skills:
– Must have exceptional organizational and project management skills
– Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
– Must be an excellent problem solver
– Must have extensive experience in hands on project work.
– Must have events management experience
– Must have on-line marketing experience/knowledge (Web site, e-mail blasts, interactive advertising, webinars).
