A survey on the attitudes to Swedish 3G users has overturned the old adage that women like to talk and men like to play games. The survey found that more women than men wanted to play games on their handset, while more men than women were interested in making video phone calls and watching the news. In reality the numbers were not significantly different enough to warrant different marketing strategies by gender, but it’s definitely interesting to find out what people want to actually do with their phone (apart from talk and text).
