Steve Makofsky (Furrygoat Experience, among others) has developed a way to put an entire Windows CE environment onto a USB keychain drive. While it definitely falls into the "because I can" category this could provide a secure way to use other people’s computers. It might also be a good developer’s environment for Windows CE apps.
