Audible seeks a results-driven Director of Customer Acquisitions with 7+ years experience in managing the strategy, implementation, performance tracking and optimization for online and offline direct response and ROI-based acquisition programs. These marketing programs will include paid media, co-marketing/partner marketing, email management, search, affiliate programs, PR, as well as on-site messaging to prospects and customers.
Candidate must be a high energy, strategic multi-tasker, thought-leader innovator who can lead programming and motivate teams to manage overall business performance of Audible’s core acquisition initiatives. This includes quarterly strategy, planning, creative development, project management, analytics, testing and P&L.
Specific responsibilities include development of innovative campaigns that incorporate targeting and segmentation, building the strategy and development for new media capabilities, as well as testing and implementation for all acquisition programs, while monitoring performance to achieve profitability goals.
Candidate will be charged with working across various channels and internal cross functional teams to communicate effectiveness of campaigns and optimize customer acquisition marketing efforts. Candidate must be an energetic self-starter who requires minimal hands-on supervision and is interested in working in a high-energy entrepreneurial environment.
