CBS Marketwatch says that IBM has won a 7-year, 500 million pound ($971 million) contract with British bank Lloyds TSB to provide voice-over-IP telephones. Lloyds TSB will move to a national dedicated high-capacity fiber, DSL and MPLS network
supporting both voice and data communications.
