Fox’s TV show “24” will be ported to mobile phones in Europe: Vodafone, the operator giant, which launched its 3G services in Europe earlier today, has tied up with Fox for 24, one-minute weekly vignettes based on the show…
“24: Conspiracy” will give 24 fans the opportunity to race from their TV sets every week to their cell phones to catch the latest “mobisode.”
That will coincide with the fourth season premiere of 24 on the British TV service, SKYOne. Plans are underway to distribute the series through Verizon Wireless in the U.S.
AP: The deal is part of a broader agreement between Fox and Vodafone under which Fox will develop other programming to be viewed on the phones.
