SmartServ Ready To Launch MVNO, Aimed at Urban Users

SmartServ, which launched its Uphonia brand recently, is now ready to launch it as an MVNO in Q1 of 2005…some more details on the positioning: Uphonia’s typical customer will be the “urban ethnic consumer,” CEO Robert Pons said.
