ISPs Dismiss BBC Worries Over Foreign Control of Broadband

Foreign-owned ISPs–like AOL and MSN–have defended their position in the development of the UK broadband market after the BBC’s director of new media and technology, Ashley Highfield, suggested that the UK media industry would be controlled by foreign companies if something wasn’t done.
