Global mobile gaming download revenues will increase sixfold by 2010, according to research from media research consultancy Screen Digest. This will put their value at US$6.4 billion, a respectable sum in anyone’s budget. Japan and Korea will have the lion’s share of the market because they have simpler pricing models, and in order for Europe and the US to catch up they’ll have to simplifly their pricing, according to the report.
