A recent survey found that 14 percent of mobile users switched providers (the headline says 13 percent, but the table says 14) in the past year, and more than a third are considering switching in the next 12 months. However “better content” is not among the reasons cited – the best content providers can hope for is that they were mentioned in the “other” reason given by 13 percent of people who switched providers. Looks like price and reliability are still the driving factors…
