Some advice: “Consumers will only use the portal a few times before they decide whether it will become their destination; be weary of making the consumer feel they are being sold additional services. Roll out pay services slowly. Use promotions to make the consumer comfortable. Determine a pricing structure road map before the paid content services begin deployment.”
