Redmond-based Action Engine, maker of software that powers smart phones, has completed its fourth round of venture funding — led by New York City private equity firm Baker Capital — with a $7 million infusion.
The company said it has now raised $42 million to date, and is backed by Intel, OVP Venture Partners of Kirkland, Northwest Venture Associates of Spokane, Spangler Ventures of Seattle and Seattle-based boutique investment bank Cascadia Capital.
