John Dvorak hates everything in this world, so what’s the point…but I’ll agree with this point: “When you peruse the Web sites of newspaper publishing associations, it’s almost as if they are reluctant to even discuss what’s going on. There are few studies, no hard numbers that I can find, and no information on best practices.”
That is surely needed…
Update: Steve Yelvington corrects us: there is some good research from NAA on it…
