Based in Wayne, NJ (20 miles from NYC and accessible via public transportation) Audible seeks a Director of Customer Acquisitions with 7+ years experience in managing strategy, implementation, performance tracking and optimization for online and offline acquisition programs which maximize awareness, traffic, registration and memberships. Channels include paid media, co-marketing/partner marketing, email management, search, affiliate programs, PR, as well as on-site messaging to prospects and customers.

Candidate must be a high energy, strategic multi-tasker and innovator who can lead programming and motivate teams to manage overall business performance of Audible’s core acquisition initiatives. Manages staff of 3 and reports to VP/Marketing. Competitive salary and bonus package commensurate with experience.
