The company has built a platform that enables users to share content, using the customer base as a personalised super-distribution network. If a user likes a certain piece of content, they can recommend it to a friend, who can then buy it as well.
Separately, the firm has developed a data-mining tool that tracks exactly who buys what content, upon whose recommendation they buy it, and whom else they recommend it to.
