Bouygues Telecom and Vivendi Universal have launched a new mobile phone service for younger customers… services include personalized ringtones and access to hit music singles.
While branded as a stand-alone operator, the deal effectively gives Bouygues Telecom a new multimedia service.
AFP: The devices, which will only be available in France, will be sold under the brand Universal Mobile and will allow owners to download tracks to use as ring tones, listen to the latest singles from Universal and dive into text-message forums with some of the artists.
