Mforma is on an acquisition binge: a day after it announced its new round of funding, it has bought out FingerTwitch, a developer of advanced porting and quality assurance processes for the mobile entertainment industry. It has developed technologies and methodologies for enabling mobile applications to play on both Java and BREW platforms and any wireless handset.
The financial details were not disclosed…Jimmy Giliberti, FingerTwitch’s CEO, will become head of Mforma’s porting and QA department, based in San Francisco.
