Primedia Preps For Partnership

Primedia is now downplaying the Folio/AD/CM magazine says that it will be a joint partnership rather than outright sale. Makes sense, because no one wants to buy the magazines outright anyway.

As I mentioned, the people inside the company want to bind the three mags together, and this story furthers that: “Sources estimated the three titles have annual revenues around $10 million but invariably added their stature among readers exceeds their sales figures. And though they’re also credited with being cash-flow positive, at least when taken together, Walker said the titles were most likely singled out for having such limited futures.”

Update: Rex says that the partnership talk is probably is probably sale..
