Loudeye’s Losses Shrink; Revenues Increase Slowly

Digital media infrastructure provider Loudeye has reported increased revenues for Q2: Revenues increased to $3.1 million, compared with revenues of $2.9 million in the prior year quarter. Net loss was $2.8 million, compared to $2.1 million losses in the year-ago quarter.

While future results are “subject to fluctuation”, Loudeye anticipates that revenues for Q3 will be approximately $5.5 million to $6.0 million. Including the expected losses from the OD2 acquisition during Q3, and excluding integration related costs, the company expects a pro forma net loss of between $3.3 million and $3.7 million.
