InfoSpace, on record as saying that it would double its mobile division’s annual sales this year, is buying Atlas Mobile, a multiplayer tournament games company. The price of the deal wasn’t disclosed.
InfoSpace said it expects to ring up more than $60 million in mobile sales this year, or about 30 percent of its total expected sales. The company has had a big ringtones division through its acquisition of Moviso last year, but was weak in gaming before this…this acquisition hopes to correct that.
