FoxNews.com Redesigns

(via CableNewser) FoxNews.com has redesigned it website…among the changes: playing up broadband content and reporter blogs on the homepage.

It is also using frames, which I thought went out of fashion about 5 years ago…

WSJ.com: (sub. req.) The redesign represents something of a turnaround in the network’s approach to online advertising. The site didn’t carry ads until fall 2002, when a small advertising department was established…This month, the site doubled its advertising sales staff in New York and San Francisco.

The company believes the redesign will help the site double its advertising sales for 2004 from a year earlier, and double its audience.
