Blue Bell Lemon Tart- aahhh!

blue_bellIt’s almost 100 degrees this afternoon in Houston with humidity at a steady 95%. Hot, hot, hot! It’s not bothering me, though. I don’t usually do product endorsements (mainly because I’ve never been asked) but I’m going to make an exception today. I just had a big bowl of Blue Bell Lemon Tart ice cream. Smooth, creamy, lemony, and oh, so cold. If you’re lucky enough to live where you can get Blue Bell ice cream you know what I’m talking about, and if you don’t, you have my sympathy.
